Welcome to NEXSTACC. By accessing our website, voting, or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions provided by AJ NEXSTACC SOLUTION LTD

NOTE: AJ NEXSTACC SOLUTION LTD, a company limited by shares and duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana, doing business as NEXSTACC

1. General Usage

NEXSTACC provides an online platform for event organizers to host voting competitions and sell tickets. We act as an intermediary between the organizer and the user.

2. Voting Policy

• All votes cast on the platform are final and non-refundable.
• Votes are paid services processed via Mobile Money, Bank, Card, or Apple Pay.
• NEXSTACC is not responsible for the outcome of any election or award scheme. We simply provide the technology to count votes accurately.
• Any attempt to manipulate votes using bots or automated scripts will result in the disqualification of the candidate involved.

3. Ticket Sales & Refunds

• Tickets purchased are delivered digitally via sms and WhatsApp is available.
• Refunds: Refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled by the organizer. In such cases, the organizer is responsible for refunding the ticket face value.
• NEXSTACC service fees are non-refundable.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers agree to a platform service fee on all revenue generated (Votes & Tickets). Payouts are processed upon request, subject to verification.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect minimal data (Phone number/Email) solely for the purpose of processing transactions and delivering tickets. We do not sell your data to third parties.
